David John Denton

Over 20 years international finance experience, having worked for companies such Banco Real de Investimento where he was responsible for structuring Eurobonds and fixed income transactions, structuring more than US$ 1 billion in debt transactions. David has also worked at Deloitte & Touche – Corporate Finance working on several M&A, privatization and financial advisory work. He has worked for The Royal Bank of Scotland – Corporate & Structured Finance, structuring a number of MBOs, MBIs and leveraged acquisitions. He also worked for Grupo Habitasul, real estate and pulp & paper business, where he structured one of the first carbon credit transactions in the world. David is fluent in English and Portuguese and holds a BA. Business Administration degree and an MBA from the University of Bath - UK. David was also an Executive Member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Brazil and currently is a member of IBREI – Brazilian Institute of International Relations and IBCG – The Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance.

Ana Paula de Castro

Ana Paula de Castro has over 15 years of experience in internal due diligence for middle sized corporate reorganization, contributing to the advisement of business risk management, supporting corporate governance and financial advisory- working in several different sectors such as IT, Media, Real Estate, Agribusiness, industry,retail, infrastructure and others. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and has received awards in International Business, Marketing and Human Resources from the University of California Los Angeles – UCLA. Ana Paula was also Latin America VP of Merrill DataSite, President of ACG Brazil (Association for Corporate Growth), President of the M&A Committee at WTCBC (World trade Center Business Club) and founder and current VP of IBREI – Brazilian Institute of International Relations. Ana Paula speaks Portuguese (native), English and Spanish.

Alexander Cidreira

Alexander has worked for over 20 years as Head of Administration and Finance in different companies and business activities. Over the past few years, he has dedicated himself to M&A projects and advisory activities for corporate management. Economist with an MBA in business management from FGV (Getulio Vargas Foundation), specialisations in finance and auditing from UFBA (Federal university of Bahia) and certificates for Risk Management and Strategies with BSC from ENAP (National School of Public Administration).
